PPEC of Palm Beach is a Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC) center focusing on quality care for medically fragile children under the age of 21. As parents of medically complex children ourselves, we understand first-hand the need for kids, no matter the condition, to be kids! Our commitment is to make a meaningful difference in each child's life that calls our center a (part-time) home!

Our brand new state-of-the-art facility was uniquely designed and constructed with your child in mind. Our spaces and floor plans are optimized for skilled nursing and therapeutic services. Housing the most experienced and kindhearted clinicians in Palm Beach, our center provides exceptional care up to 12 hours per day, Monday through Friday.

In addition to a Clinical Plan of Care, we also create a Therapy Plan of Care personalized to your child's needs to target both interpersonal and physiological growth. These plans include customized therapy programs across three disciplines: physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Resources and assistance will be provided by our Family Resource Specialist to help families navigate support and healthcare services.

PPECs provide nursing care services for children under the age of 21 that are medically complex or fragile to effectively target both medical and developmental needs for your child.

Do you provide transportation?We do! If eligible, we coordinate door to door transport to and from our PPEC Facility.

How much do PPEC services cost?Our services cost nothing to those who are fully covered Medicaid recipients that qualify for PPEC services. View qualifications here. However, we do also accept self-pay. Please contact us for more information on self-pay options.

What therapies do you provide?Our center designs customized therapy programs, to those recipients who qualify. We provide for your childās unique needs across the following three disciplines: physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
